The Pakistan Blood and Marrow Transplant Group, hereafter referred to as PBMT is established on 14 February 2020 to allow health professionals and scientists in Pakistan involved in clinical blood and marrow transplantation and related cellular therapies to collaborate and participate in promoting high quality blood and marrow transplantation in the country.

Membership

Any person involved in the treatment of recipients and donors (such as physicians, pharmacist, nurses, biomedical scientist, laboratory technologist, persons related to stem cell donor programs or pharmaceutical companies), who are involved in HSCT and agree with the purpose of the group can become a member. New members are admitted by submitting a membership application form to the Secretary’s Office. This application must include the signature of a PBMT member as a sponsor.
